Hoops Club Help!

WHAT IS A GUEST AND CAN THEY ATTEND AN EVENT WITH ME?

Per our policy, Community Captain and Ambassador memberships are allowed up to three guests* -- for a total of 4 people -- when attending our events. 

Family**, Individual, or Student memberships do not allow for guests. If you would like to have the option to bring guests, contact us prior to the event and we can help you upgrade your membership to the Ambassador or Community Captain level (which would require paying the difference of the upgrade cost).

Another possibility is if your guests would consider joining the Hoops Club prior to whichever event(s) you were interested in bringing them to, then they would certainly be welcome to attend any club event. Our memberships are good for one year from the date a person joins, so they would get the benefit of attending any remaining events prior to their membership's expiration date.

We include the expense of all of the pre- and post-game socials, as well as some special RSVP events, in the cost of the membership and we budget for these events in our annual planning, so unfortunately, we cannot make exceptions to the club's policy, even for one event.
